This includes IVS 101-105 standards and UK-specific VPS requirements covering terms of engagement, bases of value, valuation approaches, and reporting. Redbook Assist checks your valuations against these requirements in real time.

Redbook Assist automatically gathers data from HM Land Registry (title and ownership), Energy Performance Certificates (EPC register), Valuation Office Agency (VOA rating lists), local planning authorities (planning history), and Environment Agency (flood risk). Data is fetched in seconds and cached for your valuation.

Yes. Redbook Assist supports both commercial and residential valuations with all six calculation approaches: comparison, term and reversion, hardcore and layer, DCF, DRC, and residual. The compliance checking adapts to the valuation purpose and property type.

Pricing is per seat (user) per month. Each plan includes a set number of valuations per seat. The Starter plan includes 10 valuations per seat at £49/month, and Professional includes 25 at £79/month.
